On occasion, but with no obvious pattern, opening an exe which uses the Noyantis / CodeJock Command Bar, an additional band is displayed beneath the actual command bar (see screen cap). Opening any window from the command bar, which minimizes the CommandBar, causes this extraneous bar to disappear. How do I prevent the appearance of this bar in the first place?
