\*\*We are seeking an experienced **Clarion Developer** in **India (Remote is fine)** with min 3+ exprience \*\*

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Design, develop, and maintain applications using **SoftVelocity Clarion** (primarily Clarion 9/10/11).
- Debug, test, and optimize existing Clarion applications.
- Collaborate with business analysts and end users to understand business requirements.
- Perform data integration and migration tasks.
- Maintain and improve legacy code while implementing modern best practices.
- Document code and development processes for future reference and maintenance.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Clarion-based systems.

**Required Qualifications:**

- Proven experience developing in **Clarion** , especially versions 9 and above.
- Strong knowledge of **Clarion templates, classes, and ABC framework**.
- Proficiency with relational databases such as **MS SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL**.
- Experience working with **ODBC, SQL queries** , and database normalization.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of SDLC and version control tools (e.g., Git).
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience modernizing or migrating legacy Clarion applications.
- Familiarity with .NET, C#, or web technologies is a plus.
- Understanding of business systems such as ERP, CRM, or accounting software.
- Prior experience in finance, manufacturing, healthcare, or logistics industries.
