I found a solution to create a PostgreSql data source for all PCs (local network)
1: Manual creation of the data source on a pc
2: with Regedit I export the data source (ex Source1.reg)
3: On another computer I import the source regedit / s source1.reg
from my APP program

If you are using CapeSoft’s File Manager 3 you just need to install the ODBC driver, but don’t worry creating the DSN. Change the settings in fm3.ini as follows:

I tried it this morning and it works fine.

Use windows odbcadmin to turn on tracing and direct output to a file.
Start your program.
Get the error.
Exit the program.
Look at the sql sent to the back end.

Here are the logs. I don’t see anything particularly significant, but then a lot of it is meaningless to me anyway
