# Support for emoticons in ENTRY control?

Does Clarion 11 allow typing emoticons into a standard entry control?

When I copy and paste text with an emoticon or use the Windows shortcut to enter emoticons they are displayed as "??".

Not currently. It’s a multi-byte kind of thing.
