Sorry, obviously my question was not clear. I wanted to ask: what display adapter is on the affected system? PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_64A0 value in the registry can be read programmatically and indicates Intel(R) Arc™ 140V GPU (16GB) integrated graphics family. The question is still relevant.
As for the switch turned off solution borrowed from another thread, you are lucky - it doesn’t help to fix the same issue for me.
