I think you should expand this to be
MESSAGE('Error= ' & ErrorCode() & ' ' & Error() & ' ; FileError= ' & FileErrorcode() & ' ' & FileErrorCode())

Just add the error number = 45 (invalid file name)

I have solved the problem by adding FM3IGNORE to the Postgres table, something so simple and I had not thought of it!!!
