That name was used for a book until Clarion 5. After Clarion 6 the parts went to different books.  
It seems:  
Part1 to ClarionLanguageProgramming.pdf  
Part2 to AdvancedTopics&ReferenceGuide.pdf and AdvancedProgrammingResources.pdf  
Part3 to TemplateLanguageReference.pdf  
Part4 and Part5 to Database Drivers.pdf
