Hi Tim. For reasons best know to itself, the template version number stayed at 1.32. I’ve re-uploaded it with it as 1.34, but the difference is cosmetic - I don’t think that’s your problem.
try Refresh Classes on the Reflection global extension. If tht doesn’t help please post another screen shot of the current errors.
It is now working. I did a few things until I got it to work.
Did a refresh classes on reflection == not fixed
Downloaded and installed your latest build of reflection – not fixed
Did a refresh class again on reflection – not fixed
Did refresh class on xfiles, jfiles, string theory (because they were showing errors) – not fixed
Checked the “Do Not Generate” for reflection - compiled fine but of course not solution
Un-checked the “Do Not Generate” for reflection - errors came back (not suprising).
Checked all the settings for reflection and noticed that on the Multi-DLL tab, the export was NOT checked. Check that and recompiled. — It then compiled fine.
Not sure which combination it was maybe just the export checkbox but, regardless, it is now working.
Now I can start testing the actual fix from this update.
Initial testing shows issues:
I have attached zip showing the issues
Zip includes my xfiles style define in my program (partial)
the generated xml using the new xfiles (CONTAINS ERRORS)
A modified version of the generated xml files (FIXES ERRORS)
Summary of the issues I found and fixed
The child styles that inherit from the parent have the NAME attribute defined although I have left it blank on my style define
At the bottom of the file the worksheet has some malformed tags in worksheetoptions Specifically pagesetup and print. I did not have them at all in my xfiles and it generated them blank (which is fine) but, they were incorrectly generated blank. Basically, it generate an end tag without a start tag. I modifed to be an empty tag (name with slash at end)
I see you put up a 4.41 xfiles I just tried it and although it resolves the issues with the bad empty print and pagesetup tags (meaning it no longer causes errors), all the empty tags are back in all the style defines so, inherited styles of course do not work (the original problem report). Also, the inherit (child define) has the name tag which will not work.
In summary, seems like all the recent changes to xfiles to fix the inherited styles have been rolled back to before the changes..
At least it again generates a usable XML file that openoffice can read without going BOOM which is a step in the proper direction.

Do you plan to release a version where inheritance of styles actually works or, is that something you have decided not to pursue? As my latest comment indicates, the latest version of xfiles essentially undid all prior changes that you made regarding the style inheritanace. Also, since I'm asking, it would also be nice to have a FreezePane option which would add the following to the WorksheetOptions area
