Retired July 2023, 20 years DoD. Self-employed 20 years prior, Clarion development since 1997. 12 years experience in IBM 360 assembler language, 8 years experience DEC PDP 8 programming, database and application development in Pascal for 4 years. Then self-employed for 20 years with: relational database and programming in C and Informix on Unix systems and Clarion on Windows systems (starting in Feb 1997 through current). Then 20 years with DoD in systems integration and misc. programming projects. The last 8 years, until July 23, software engineering projects using C and Python on Linux. Since 2004 I have maintained a Clarion project started in 1997, while working for DoD. Currently working on enhancements and feature upgrades to Clarion .exe application for Client that was started in 1997. So 54 years and counting. . . Since 2023 at least 4-6 trips a year. 2026 3 trips down two to go.
