EasyCam is a Clarion wrapper around a .NET assembly DLL for working with cameras, video-inputs and barcodes in Clarion easily uses DirectShow.

ZXing.Net is a library which supports decoding / encoding of barcodes (like QR Code, PDF 417, EAN, UPC, Aztec, Data Matrix, Codabar).
