Has anyone tried to do bandwidth throttling to a cloud server or dept SQL server before?
If so any pointers, besides using a firewall to force the issue?
I'd like to be able to limit by Meter and maybe using the Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS), so I dont think I'll be able to use the conventional SQL drivers to upload data to servers.
