Clarion 11.1 PE 13744 - Reports freeze Not Responding closing Preview

You are not wrong, but it’s also true that folks who post bugs can go back, and close bugs that have been fixed. I try and keep up with mine, updating them and closing them as they get sorted. As you point out this is helpful to everyone, and a small part I can play in the overall process.

Incidentally sometimes bugs are duplicated, so one is closed by SV, but the duplicates remain “open”. So having the reporter go back and check is always good, and self-closing helps there as well.

I reported by email that everything is ok, but I don’t know how I can close the bug in Problem - Tracker Support System. Of course I want the SV product to be better and better, I have been using it since Clarion 2.1 and I have converted all my applications to CW and switched databases from .dat and .tps to MSSQL. I use Clarion because I think there is no faster and easier way to develop desktop business applications.

  2. Select “Add additional information on this report”
  3. (If “no records were found”) click on Insert Record or
    Click the “>*” button if there are a list of additional items.
  4. Select “Problem resolved, Close this report”.
  5. Submit

I am still encountering this bug randomly when closing the preview
