Beta refresh build 14487 is up. The headline is the Dictionary Editor: tables group into categories and sort by any Table Properties value. Windows choose their font: an MS Sans Serif window now shows every script, new windows start with the font you pick, and ClarionCL moves a whole application to another face in one command. Reports print a blob per detail, the debugger remembers your session, and browse locators take text in any script.
What's in this drop:
- Dictionary Editor: table categories (drag, Assign Tables dialog, Table Properties drop list), nine sort orders, every dictionary version kept in the DCTX
- Fonts: raster faces (MS Sans Serif ...) show every script, "Default font for new windows" in Tools > Options, ClarionCL /afr replaces a font face across an app
- Reports: a report TEXT or IMAGE with USE(blob) prints each detail's own blob, Unicode reports print growing and collapsing bands, ReportManager.HasPreviewer()
- Debugger: breakpoints and windows come back on the next run, strings in one row, THREAD variables show their live copy, Step Source steps through library calls
- Browses: locators in any script, USTRING sort fields behave like STRING fields, Initial Values in any script prime the record
- IDE and compiler: the Errors pad buttons filter again, warning 507 catches SELECT(State) where SELECT(?State) was meant, clearer ClarionCL messages, Run and Debug start an unchanged project again
