One way is to use RDP. The other way and what I would recomend is to use TSPlus (=Terminal Server) and use the web browser on the android or apple or any other device to connect to your TSPlus-Server and run your clarion app. In this two scenarios you don´t have to change anything in the clarion app - no problems no extra testing.
