Clarion Developer Role - (4-6 month+ contract) - Fully Remote (US only)

Hello everyone!

I currently am looking for 2-3 Clarion Developers for a remote 4-6 month+ project. The client is a financial SaaS company that is looking to modernize with Clarion 10 but open to versions 8-11.

Here is a brief description on what they need!

  • Will be launching new features form their flagship product and need burst capacity for 4-6 months (start January 12th for project kick off)
  • Clarion is a development language (legacy product, so now adding new feature) causing feature upgrades
  • 25+ years and is a desktop product (v9) – no difference between versions 8-10
  • New release will have both the following 2 items
    • Releasing banner features (marketing screens)
    • Chapter 13 plan (set up with trustee to pay off all the debts) – monthly plan for the years to follow 3-5 years etc.
      • Attorney modifications after fact would tracking payments.
      • New data feed from trustee side (what was planned, was actual)
        • Will show missed payments.
        • Or change in income etc.
  • Need experienced developers who have implemented new API’s with tons of screens and have a strong background with the UI Screens and business logic
    • Clarion UI is built by ABC templates or by hand (ABC Templates would be better to have)
  • Desktop familiarity (if only web will take too much time to get up to speed)

  1. Clarion versions 8-11

  2. TopSpeed database driver by Soft Velocity
