I need to Read emails into my app via POP3

Any samples available?

I think later versions of Clarion have POP3 built-in, but I confess I’ve never used, nor found examples or docs for it. Also I’m not sure how up to date it is.

I use NetTalk (Desktop Level) for this though. Supports sending email (SMTP) and receiving it via POP3 or IMAP.

Nettalk will give you a really simple way to interact with Email, but really that’s just scratching the surface of the wonderful gold mine that is Nettalk!

It’s not really (in my book) a question of affording Nettalk. If you’re a Clarion dev, then I’d suggest it’s one of the most critical and relevant (and continues to maintain relevance through much of the new tech options being created) acquisitions you can make.

Clearly I’m a fan. But that’s not because Bruce (Capesoft) is a really nice guy. He is. That’s beside the point of this - Nettalk is quality. It’s fantastic. It does the job for many many solutions/problems that come our way as developers.
