COM wrapper for Microsoft Script Control

For many years we’ve been using the MS Script Control as an ActiveX object very successfully. But I want to start using a COM wrapper rather than late binding as ActiveX. I have tried EasyCOM2INC without getting something that works. Does anyone perhaps have some advice how to get this done?

I have a minimal wrapper for MS Script Control (indeed generated by EasyCOM2INC) and it seems to work, at least I made working test program that adds some vbscript functions, calls them and gets results. But I prefer Active Scripting.
