Hi,
Using GOOGLE login for my DNS Simple account.
I want to use DNS simple as a means to get SSL certificate so I need to supply user name and login. But, using GOOGLE login, I don’t seem to have a “login” and password as GOOGLE verifies me.
Question - how can I change this or use these settings so that NetTalk will log onto my DNS simple account?
Thanks,
Ron
Hi Ron,
I don’t use DNSimple myself, but I believe Bruce has documented the setup here:
https://www.capesoft.com/docs/NetTalk14/NetTalkDNS.htm
There are also examples installed with NetTalk.
My understanding is that you’ll need to create an API key (access token) in DNSimple and then follow the DNSimple examples in the NetTalk examples rather than using your Google login credentials directly.
