Import with EasyExcel error "Library not Registered"

Strange behavior on trying to import Excel file with Ingasoft EasyExcel .
After uninstalling preinstalled Office ClickToRun and installed the old Excel2007 program throw error " Library not Registered" .
What is the program trying to find from the previous installation?
The previous installation was regularly uninstalled.

Check your Windows Registry. Sometimes Office uninstaller leaves the old versions there…
