Ingasoft Installation issues due Subscription Key not fitting

I am currently reinstalling my Clarion 11.1 install due the issue mentioned at GEN: Unknown Variable '%PDFXT4PClarioNETPDFGenLoc' - #2 by ThaDaSoft

Now I am running into the issue that the “Subscription” key doesn’t fit, anyone have had this issue?

Seems it only fits 105 characters, but my key is 192

We sometimes encountered this issue with the SB installer when Windows’s text scale was set to something >100%.

Try to set it 100%, install it, and then reset it as needed.

Funny thing - that wasn’t it - but your response helped

The issue was, I have three screens 1 2k (with 150% scaling) and 2 FHD screens - one of the FHD screens was set as Primary - so the setup and everything ran on the FHD screen, but for some reason it used the scaling of the 2K screen, I made the 2k screen my primary (keeping the 150% scaling) and now it works

@Lindersoft This is the issue I reported to you last summer with my installer. I’m hoping SB 2025 won’t have the problem?

Hi Rick,

yes, this issue has been solved in SB 2025. The Ingasoft installer seems to be SB 2019.
