Long time exporting a report in PDF format

I have a problem exporting a report in PDF format
This report contains a large image
Very long export time 20 seconds
HTML export time 2 seconds (ratio 1/10)

How large is your image?
I have some reports with up to 7 MB images. The reports are created with wPDFControl (from KlariSoft) and viewed with Adobe Reader. It takes about 1 second to create a 1-page report and view it.
I’m using C11.0.13505.
