Net Talk - I need an Icon on each page to pull up the HELP for that page

ROUTINE NAME: HelpScript

I have the icon displayed but Nothing happens when I click it. ( it should show HelpText).
I want it to go to a URL like ‘\help\topic1.html’

Still trying to figure out this Javascript stuff.
Any help or insight appreciated. Maybe better way to do this?
