These popped up on the Skype Chat today as coming from an email sent to attendees of CIDC2015.
The ClarionUIX one has been around for a little while but looks to have been updated.
I have not tried them out but if you or when you do please leave a comment!

Also, are they for PE and EE or just for EE?

I’ve played a little with the UIX files, not much to it really.
The themes are built on using a background image with transparent controls laid upon “entry” images.

Some very simple examples using the theme images.
