If you’re seaching for OCR solution, look at this demo program. It uses Tesseract OCR library, supports any Clarion friendly image format, can output to text and html, allows to recognize entire image or rectangular parts only.

What about the supported languages other than English & Russian?
Tesseract can recognize more than 100 languages “out of the box”. All you need is just download language file from here and put it into tessdata subfolder.
