Testing the new TPSw files…
A simple file, with two unique keys; one autonumbering, the other Guid7, and a 3rd key by description. Just saved the date and time in the description.
From record 1, to record 1.006.920.000 so far, ADDing at 9998 records per second.
So far the TPSw file is 125.294.445.888 bytes long (yes, 125 Gb).
Curious;
How is the new TPSw file different from a good-old-fashioned TPS file ?

basically increases size limit from 2GB to 512GB and allows use of new USTRING type fields.
also said to have some improved tolerance of errors so it is more robust in the real world - might have been handy for me back in the day when I used tps and clients would get file corruption.
