Turning off the color in the window

Hi !

Please tell me, is there a way to turn off all the color design in the window (font, graphics) and make the window monochrome?

I am particularly interested in programmatically disabling colors in ICO picture (similar to disable)

One way to do that is for the User to select a Windows Theme that is mono.

Cape Soft has the Make Over template for customizing colors.

Yes, since the monochrome Windows theme does this, it means that WinAPI has this feature…
