If you want to change browser, you need to add registry for your application.
Location:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\FeatureControl\FEATURE_BROWSER_EMULATION
Create new DWORD record with your application name (sample: test.exe) and use value
9999 (0x0000270F) for IE9
11001 (0x00002AF9) for IE11
