Using .net DLL, error find .dll path

Good afternoon,
I’m following this tutorial, but when I run the program, I get an error not finding the .DLL file.

I’m using the default Libmaker as I haven’t found the tweaked version. Could this be the error?

These are the two updated LibMakers I know of.

You could try out this modified version by @CarlBarnes. I believe that work was based on work in this repository by @MarkGoldberg.
