I had a significant issue with performance running Windows 11 VMs on a Proxmox server. Windows 11 detects when it’s running in a VM environment and defaults to settings that impacts VM performance

Thanks for that. I use VirtualBox on Linux and a couple of months ago, after a windows update, things started to run horribly slow in some cases.

I’d be interested to know whether that helps with VMs running under VirtualBox.
I use VB for a Windows 10 VM on a different server, but have have that Proxmox performs better for muli-user systems (Much more complex to install and configure though).
