Clarion 10 - Window Previewer has stopped

I have instaaled Acronis true Image - suspect it is cramping the existing Clarion Window Previewer function.

I reinstalled Clarion - and the same happens - any info on Acronis would be valuable.

Well, I have Acronis and it doesn’t prevent the Clarion preview - Clarion 10.
