Open Table Without Declaring on DCT

The TOPCOPY and TOPSCAN can open tables without declaring them in the dct. How do we do this on a Clarion Application?

use DynaLib or dynamic driver templates.
With Dynamic Driver you get VLB example where you can display data from any select statement from ms sql
